Merry Christmas

This years little Christmas paintings. Acrylic on watercolour paper and a lesson learnt, (the smoother the better when it comes to scanning then in.) I should have known this. Doh!

Lots of questions about dogs

I was woke up the other morning to Ollie asking the first of many questions about dogs!

Ollie "Mommy do doggys do dancing?"

Me half asleep, "Erm well some might, thinking of those dogs do the funnest things shows."

A few hours later and loads more dog questions later.

Ollie, "Mommy do doggys have their own computers."

Me, "I think their paws are to chubby to type the keys."

Ollie, "No mommy they go backwards and use their tails to type the keys!"

Well I couldn't really argue with that one.

The Christmas Rush!!!

This is starting to get busy, I've got some last minute Christmas cramming for some shop orders, (I had to miss Heros! Boo Hoo! And A queue of commisions. Every corridor in our house is stacked up with junk to move from one room to another (i'm not sure why we decided to start clearing out the cellar today, other than the fact that you can't get in there?) And I am still knitting Ollies Christmas stocking that was meant for his first Christmas, he must get it this year, his third. At least I turned the heal last year only the toe to go!

I haven't done any painting or drawing for a few months and the month i've had I really need some creative distration to keep me sane and happy.

Hooray!

Finaly I have put some pictures in the post below. For some reason I can't access my blog using firefox don't know why? But that coupled with Ollie being ill and me catching it...and the said illness making me hate the sound of chocolate! What! (I live on the stuff) I haven't been doing anything much.

The chocolate has been revealed as my secret enery source but with a week of chocolate cold turkey I real in horror at how much I have been scoffing. Especialy for someone who claims an interest in nutrition. If I start doing lots and lots of work again them I must have caved and be munching my way through a dark choc caffine fueled laptop art evening, I give myself a week... but lets hope not!
